We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a minimum 5 years experience to supervise geotechnical/foundation projects in the 100K to 3M range. The ideal candidate should have a good working knowledge of heavy equipment including cranes, excavators and drilling rigs; have good record keeping skills and some basic computer knowledge; and be able to use the budget and schedule as a guide to create and carry out efficient work plans. The position requires extensive travel within the US.

I’ve Got What It Takes!
As Field Engineer, you will be responsible for engineering and operations support duties both in the office and in the field. You will be involved with supporting operations management, project management, sales and estimating; as well as performing such duties as field quality control, field documentation, submittal preparation, field data analysis and presentation, estimates and designs. You will initially report to the Manager of Engineering.

While on field assignment, your work will be directly supervised by the Project Manager in charge of your project. We expect that your first assignments would initially be in the field supporting the execution of large projects. The work will grow in complexity and challenge as you learn and grow in the job. You will be trained in safety, engineering and basic sales.

Career path can lead to Project Management or Sales & Estimating after 3-5 years based on skills and interest.
