Menard Group USA is currently seeking a qualified Heavy Equipment Mechanic to work in our Cranford, NJ-based shop and surrounding area.


Requirements and Applicable Skillset:

  • 2-5 years experience
  • High level of understanding within diesel, hydraulics and electrical related applications
  • Ability to work with diagrams, schematics and all related diagnostic work
  • Working knowledge of heavy equipment: cranes, excavators, concrete pumps, foundation drilling rigs.

Welding experience is a plus.

Some overnight travel is required.

Menard Group USA is currently seeking a qualified Equipment Operators to work in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey, Illinois, Florida and North Carolina.


Requirements and Applicable Skillset:

    • Safe operation, maintenance, repair and cleanliness of the equipment
    • Record keeping as required to assure project installation parameters are met
    • Recognize any conflicts with other work being performed on the site
    • Willing to operate and become certified with the carious equipment we utilize (training will be provided)
    • Support all field activities as required by individual project sites (roles may vary based on individual training)
    • Work effectively with all field personnel
    • Be a Safety Leader at all times
    • Travel required

    Menard Group USA is currently seeking qualified Field Engineers to be based out of our Houston, TX; Cranford, NJ; Mentor, OH; Chicago, IL; and Tampa Bay, FL, offices. 


    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensures that all Menard, OSHA, MSHA, and site-specific safety regulations are followed / enforced
    • Performs and manages field quality control tests and production records
    • Researches and resolves drawing interpretation problems, conflicts, interferences, and errors
    • Performs basic field surveys, resolves geometry issues, prepares drawings / sketches to support construction work
    • Prepares RFI’s and assists in preparation of change order documentation and claim analysis
    • Ensures all installation follows Menard Quality Control Manual
    • Tracks invoices, takes care of documentation and submittals

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Geology or equivalent
    • Basic knowledge (0-3 years) of geotechnical construction equipment and techniques (i.e. drawings, specifications, building materials, surveying, design, or geotechnical work)

    TECHNICAL SKILLS

    • Understands basic principles of geotechnical design and calculations
    • Observant and diligent
    • Appreciates and supports the need for Safety and Quality
    • Organized in the completion and documentation of all responsibilities
    • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook, familiar with AutoCAD

    Menard Group USA is currently seeking a highly qualified Welder/Fabricator to work in our Carnegie, PA, Shop facility.


    Responsibilities & Requirements:

    • 4-5 years welding experience
    • Weld, fabricate and repair specialized equipment and tooling
    • Read and understand blueprints and drawings
    • Operate all authorized and required welding equipment safely and responsibly
    • Support other Shop activities as required.
    • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
